As Growth Manager, you’ll support our marketing and business development strategy under the guidance of our VP Growth, CEO, and leadership team. You’ll manage tactics from content marketing and paid search to email and CRM, including both in-house efforts and support from vendors and partners. You’ll build a deep familiarity of our services and capabilities, and be a vocal champion of our positioning, culture, and values, in your engagement with prospective clients. Success for this role will be measured by increased qualified leads through improved consistency and velocity of marketing operations.


This role is open to candidates in Vancouver, Toronto, or remote within Canada.


What You’ll Do


  • Lead the management and coordination of the marketing calendar including event planning, content creation and distribution, and email marketing
  • Manage partners and vendors responsible for specific aspects of our marketing plan including PR and paid search
  • Manage our marketing tools and processes including keeping CRM updated, email campaign deployment, list building, and prospecting
  • Develop and present marketing activity status reports against clearly defined KPIs for continual improvement
  • Build and maintain knowledge of our work, our clients, and the verticals we target with the goal of creating expertise and insights
  • Represent the agency at conferences, meetups, and events, using these opportunities to connect with the community and prospects


    What You’ll Bring


    • This is a manager level role for candidates with 3+ years experience in marketing
    • Self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and in collaboration with colleagues and vendors
    • Strength in content planning, writing, and editing with deep appreciation for brand voice
    • Experience working in an agency, consultancy, or startup environment
    • A clear communicator, able to engage colleagues and prospects at all levels of seniority
    • Aptitude for data-driven decision and progressive reporting, with an ability to articulate the story behind the numbers
    • Experience working with online marketing tools, understanding of SEO best practices, and SEM strategies that drive qualified traffic
    • This role is best suited for candidates based in Vancouver, Toronto, or remote within Canada
