As Senior Digital Producer, you’ll lead the planning and management of client engagements across the project lifecycle from kick-off through delivery. You’ll work with your team leads to define the scope and roadmap, helping to prioritize requirements that drive value. You’ll partner with the Business Lead to ensure clear communication and client management, developing your own understanding of our clients’ business and their objectives. Under your guidance, projects will be managed to targets of utilization, velocity, and profitability, ensuring project health is maintained and communicated at all times. Through strong collaboration, you’ll establish yourself as a trusted partner to your team, and to our clients.


This role is open to remote candidates with preference for Toronto or NYC.


What You’ll Do


  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle ensuring the team is able to deliver efficiently and to project deadlines and profitability targets
  • Own discussions related to schedule, scope, and risk, and drive conversations related to budget management
  • Provide impeccable meeting management ensuring that clients and internal teams have a clear understanding of agendas, actionable outputs, and goals discussed
  • Manage your engagements through the agency's tools and processes, and report on activity to the leadership group at recurring project status meetings
  • Onboard and coach teams to deliver against project objectives using Agile tools such as Kanbans, scrums, and stand-ups
  • Establish positive relationships with client stakeholders by understanding their business, challenges, opportunities, and desired outcomes
  • Participate in workshops, presentations, reviews, and pitches
  • Lead your engagements by example, with respect, and with precision, ensuring the agency’s expectations for craft and positive project outcomes are met


What You’ll Bring


  • 5+ years experience in the digital agency, startup, or consulting space in a project management or product management role
  • Experience planning, managing, and delivering highly technical projects with a deep understanding of web, mobile, and e-commerce
  • Able to build trust through exceptional management skills, guiding internal and external communications with executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban project management methodologies and organizational tools such as product roadmapping, workshops, and sprints
  • Experience working in a Mac environment with tools such as Float, Merlin, Keynote, G-Suite, MS Office
  • Experience in a client-facing role and able to manage and mitigate conflict and issues inside complex, long-term, and large-scale engagements
  • Ability to work within PST and EST time zone work hours
