As Senior Strategist, you’ll lead and support teams through research, concepting, and ideation to develop innovative digital solutions based on insights. You’ll collaborate with designers, writers, engineers, and producers, helping guiding clients towards new opportunities to strengthen the brand and drive growth across digital channels. You’ll stay informed and close to culture and trends, from brand to business model innovation, from startup to enterprise. Your interest in all things e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, and the unbundling of legacy business will help guide your work and the solutions you present as authentic, insightful, and innovative.


This role is open to remote candidates with preference for Toronto or NYC.


What You’ll Do


  • Help to define the approach and methodology for your engagements
  • Develop briefs, requirements, project plans, and product roadmaps
  • Develop a clear understanding of our clients, their business, and objectives
  • Direct and guide teams through the concepting and ideation process
  • Plan and lead research efforts and analyze and distill findings into actionable insights
  • Engage client-side stakeholders through workshops, presentations, and reviews
  • Mentor Strategy team colleagues, creating a positive environment for growth
  • Contribute to thought leadership and events


What You’ll Bring


  • 5+ years experience in the digital agency, startup, or consulting space
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating skill, craft, thinking, and expertise
  • Deep knowledge of digital platforms, devices, and technologies with specific focus on web, mobile, e-commerce, and digital in-store
  • Experience across brand strategy, product strategy, service design, journey mapping, user experience, content strategy, information architecture, and interaction design
  • Experience developing qualitative and quantitative research plans, facilitating studies, and distilling insights
  • Experience engaging clients and leading workshops with senior level stakeholders
  • Strength in presenting, persuading, and selling through ideas
  • BA/MBA preferred but not required
  • Ability to work within PST and EST time zone work hours
